SRO 837(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18D of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.340(I)/2009, dated the 16th
April, 2009, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for the word “three”, the word “one” shall be
substituted.
