(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.224(I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 173(I)/2010,
dated the 13th March, 2010, the following amendment shall be made and shall be
deemed always to have been so made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(i) in the preamble, after the word “billets”, the word “etc” shall
be added; and
(ii) in the Table, for S.No.3 in column (1) and the entries relating
thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following shall be
substituted, namely:-
“3. 7403.1100 Cathodes and sections of cathodes.
4. 7403.1200 Wire-bars.
5. 7403.1300 Billets.
6. 7403.1900 Other.
7. 7407.1010 Bars.
8. 7407.1020 Rods.
9. 7407.1030 Twisted copper bars.
10. 7407.1040 Busbars of electrolytic grade of 99.9% purity.
11. 7407.1090 Other.
12. 7409.1100 In coils.
13. 7409.1900 Other.
14. 7601.1000 Aluminium, not alloyed.
15. 7604.1010 Bars and rods.
16. 7604.1090 Profiles.
17. 7606.1100 Of aluminium, not alloyed.”
