Islamabad, the 12th June, 2023.
S.R.O. 743(1)/2023.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct
that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.
2301(1)/2022, dated the 22 day of December, 2022, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the schedule thereto, in column (1), against
S.No.9, in column (3), in clause (i), for the expression "TPX, and Timber Pond", the
expression "TPX, Timber Pond and Northern Bypass Logistics Terminal." shall be
substituted.
