S.R.O. 719(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Customs (Amendment) Act, 1999 (II of 1999), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 400(I)/97,
dated the 31st May, 1997, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Explanation, after clause (ii), the following new clause shall be added, namely:-
"(iii) For the purposes of this notification the expression "not manufactured locally" shall mean the goods which are not included in the list of locally manufactured goods, specified in the General Order, issued by the Central Board of Revenue".
