( CUSTOMS )
S.R.O. 687 (I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Customs (Amendment) Act, 1969 (II of 1999), and on the recommendations of the National Tariff Commission, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1147(I)/89, dated the 27th November 1989, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Annexure
(a) Under the heading "Raw Materials" after the entry "Trin Butylphosphate", the following new entry shall be inserted, namely:-"Tyloxapol"; and
(b) Under the heading "Packing Materials", after the entry "ii) Lupoolen 1840H Q211 for molding Hamaccel bottles", the following new entry shall be added, namely : -"
Neutral, Clear Glass, USP Type1 (Presterilized),
Close Mouth, Glass ampoules with long straight steam"
