(CUSTOMS/CENTRAL EXCISE/SALES TAX/INCOME TAX)
S.R.O. 634(I)/2002. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (Iv of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Customs Rules, 2001, namely:-
In the aforesaid Rules, in Chapter XII, in Sub-Chapter 7, in rule 296, in sub-rule (1), in clause (g), in sub-clause (i), for the words “and polyester staple fibre” the comma and words “, polyester staple fibre and raw sugar” shall be substituted.
