Government of Pakistan (Revenue Division) Federal Board of Revenue **** Islamabad, the 27th June, 2009. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.604(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that following amendment shall be made in its Notification S.R.O. No.499(I)/2009 dated the13th June, 2009, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, at the end, the following explanation shall be added, namely:- “Explanation: The provisions of serial number 1, clause (e), (f) and (g), in the TABLE, of this notification shall apply on the clearance from Model Customs Collectorate (PaCCS) only.” 2.
