(Customs)
S.R.O.503(I)/2009.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3DD and 3E of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) and sections 30DD and 30E of Sales Tax Act, 1990 and in
supersession of its notification No.S.R.O.1076(I)/2008, dated the 18th October, 2008, the
Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to notify the formation of the Directorate, Post Clearance
Audit (Headquarters) Islamabad, and appoint, namely,--
(a) the officers specified in column (2) of the table below to be the Director
(Headquarters), Post Clearance Audit for the areas and functions specified in
corresponding column (3) thereof; and
(b) the Additional Directors, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors, Principal
Appraisers, Superintendents, Senior Auditors, Appraisers, Valuation Officers,
Auditors, Deputy Superintendents, to be the respective officers of Customs of
those areas.

(xiv) National Historic Database (NHD).
(xv) Risk Management System (RMS).
(xvi) Liaison with PRAL or other vendors for
preparation, testing and execution of
software for effective implementation of
PCA at all the Customs field formations
throughout Pakistan covering all the cargo
clearance systems.
(xvii) Liaison with donors and all agencies
assisting in setting up and operation of
PCA, including JICA experts but not
limited to that.
(xviii) Any other functional jurisdiction assigned
by the Board.
