(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.600(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section
219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is
pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the
Customs Rules, 2001, namely:-
In the aforesaid notification, in rule 228, in sub-rule (5), in the Table,
in column (1), after serial number 3 and the corresponding entries relating thereto
in columns (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the corresponding
entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), shall be inserted, namely:-
“4 Units established in the 50% of the production”.
