S.R.O. (I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219
of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased
to make the following further amendment in the Customs Rules, 2001, namely:-
In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 228, in sub-rule (5), in the Table, in column
(1) after serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3),
the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto in columns (2)
and (3), shall be added, namely:-
“3. M/s MRDL Saindak, 100% of the production of
magnetite concentrate to
Pakistan Steel”.
