SRO.580(I)/2012 is an amending notification of SRO.210(I)/2009

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE ***** Islamabad, the 1st June, 2012. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.580(I)/2012.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 210(I)/2009, dated the 5th March, 2009, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,-- (i) in Schedule I,- (a) against serial No.2 in column (2), in clause (a), in column (3), the figure “4203.2900” shall be omitted; (b) against serial No.2 in column (2), in clause (b), in column (3), the figure “4203.2900” shall be omitted; and (c) against serial No.2 in column (2), in clause (g), in column (3), for the figure “4205.0000” the figure “4205.0090” shall be substituted; and (ii) in Schedule III, against serial No.3 in column (2), in column (3), for the figure “9506.6990” the figures “9506.6991”, “9506.6992”, “9506.6993”, “9506.6994”, “9506.6995” and “9506.6999” shall be substituted. ___________________________________________________________________________ [C.No.3(20)DRD/2012.] (M.
