Government of Pakistan (Revenue Division) Central Board of Revenue **** Islamabad, the 23rd May, 2005. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.492(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Customs Rules, 2001, namely:- In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 226 after sub-rule (11), the following new sub-rule shall be added: “(12) Mining Projects in the notified Export Processing Zones may import vehicles, free of customs duty and sales tax, according to their requirements on production of full justification supported by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources.” ________________________________________________________________________ [C.
