S.R.O.271 (I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act,1969(IV of 1969), the Central Board of revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Customs Rules, 2001, namely:-
In the aforesaid Rules, for rule 381, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“381. Chairman and members to work voluntarily.- The Chairman and members of the committees shall work on voluntarily basis and no expenses and fees relating thereto shall be payable to them by any party to the dispute”.
