Following further amendments shall be made in Notification No. S.R.O.568(I)/2014, dated the 26th June,2014

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, REVENUE AND STATISTICS (REVENUE DIVISION) Islamabad, the 24th June, 2016. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.475 (I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.568(I)/2014, dated the 26th June,2014, namely:- 2. In the aforesaid Notification, (1) in the Table, in column (1),- (a) after S.No. 3 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the corresponding entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- "3A 04.02 Milk and cream, concentrated or 25"; containing sugar or other sweetening matter (b) after S.No. 5 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the corresponding entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- "5A 0404.1010 Whey powder 25"; (c) after S.No. 231 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the corresponding entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- "231A 54.07 Woven fabrics of synthetic filament yarn, 5; including woven fabrics obtained from materials of heading 54.04 231B 54.08 Woven fabrics of artificial filament yarn, 5; including woven fabrics obtained from materials of heading 54.05 231C 55.12 Woven fabrics of synthetic staple fibres, 5; containing 85% or more by weight of synthetic staple fibres 231D 55.13 Woven fabrics of synthetic staple fibres, 5; containing less than 85% by weight of such fibres, mixed mainly or solely with cotton, of a weight not exceeding 170 g/m2 231E 55.14 Woven fabrics of synthetic staple fibres, 5;

containing less than 85% by weight of such fibres, mixed mainly or solely with cotton, of weight exceeding 170 g/m2 231F 55.15 Other woven fabrics of synthetic staple 5; fibres 231G 55.16 Woven fabrics of artificial staple fibres 5"; (d) for S.No.388 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2),(3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "388 9405.5010 Tubular Day lighting Device. 15"; (e) after S.No.388, substituted as aforesaid, the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto in columns (2),(3) and (4)shall be inserted, namely:- "388A. 9405.5090 Other 15"; and (2) in paragraph 2,- (a) in clause (h), for the figure “16”, the figure “5”, shall be substituted; (b) for clause (i), the following shall be substituted, namely; "(i) imports of special steel round bars and rods of non-alloy steel exceeding diameter 75 mm (PCT code 7214.9990) by the seamless pipes manufacturers registered under the Sales Tax Act, 1990"; (c) in clause (k), for the figures and the word “18 and 25”, the figures and the word “6 and 8”, shall be substituted; (d) in clause (l), for the figure “24”, the figure “7”, shall be substituted; and (e) after clause (l), amended as aforesaid, the following new clause shall be added, namely; "(m) imports under PCT code 7217.3010 (bead wire).". 3.
