Amendments in S.R.O 624(I)/2021 dated 18.05.2021 (Jurisdiction/Function of Collectorates)

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE ***** Islamabad, the 6th January, 2022. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 42. (1)12022.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.0.624(1)/2021, dated the 18th May, 2021, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the schedule, in column (1),- against S.No.8, in column (3), entry (iii) shall be omitted; against S.No.9, in column (3), entry (vi) shall be omitted; against S.No.10, in column (3), the entry (ii) and (iv) shall be omitted; and against S.No.26, in column (2), after the entry (vi), the following new entry (vii) shall be inserted, namely:- "(vii) Clearance of accompanied and unaccompanied baggage at the land customs-stations of Civil Divisions of Dera Ismail Khan, Bannu and Kohat .".
