S.R.O. 378(I)/2000.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act,
1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its following Notifications, namely:-
(1) S.R.O.108(I)/95, dated the 12th February, 1995; and
(2) S.R.O.328(I)/95, dated the 19th April, 1995
