NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 367 (I)/2000.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. SRO 24(I)/96, dated
the 8th January, 1996, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(i) in the preamble, for the words "automotive vehicles and automotive
battery", the words and comma, "automotive vehicles, automotive battery
and bicycles", shall be substituted; and
(ii) in the table,-
(a) against S.No. 1, in column (2), under raw material, a new entry and
the entry relating thereto in column (3) shall be added, namely:-
"(iii) Bicycles 5%"; and
(b) against S.No. 2, in column (2), under Sub-components, a new entry
and the entry relating thereto in column (3) shall be added, namely:-
"(iv) Bicycles 10%.".
