Amendment in SRO.567(I)/2006 date 05.06.2006

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 2nd May, 2007 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 361(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-IV,- (a) after serial number 47 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), and (4), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “47A 2933.9100 Methanone. 5%”.; (b) against serial number 55 in column (1), in column (3) in entry(vi), after the words “cloxacillin”, occurring for the second time, the word “sodium” shall be inserted; (c) against serial number 58 in column (1), in column (2) for the figure “3002.9090” the figure “3002.2020” shall be substituted; (d) against serial number 59 in column (1), in column (2), for the figure “3002.9090”, the figure 3002.2090” shall be substituted; (e) against serial number 62 in column (1), in column (3), after serial number (xliv), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

(xlv) Trastuzumab (xlvi) Rituximab (xlvii) Erlotinib (xlviii) Fludarabine (xlix) Capecitibine (l) Epirubicin (li) Bevacizumab (lii) Ibandronic acid (liii) Disodium Clodronate tetrahydrate (liv) Bicalutamide (lv) Goserelin (lvi) BCG strain 2-8x108 CFU per vial (lvii) Bortezomib (lviii) Cladribine (lix) Granisetron (lx) Tretenoin (lxi) Filgrastim” ; (f) against serial number 63 in column (1), in column (3), after serial number (v), the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added namely:- “(vi) Mycophenolic acid and its salts (vii) Daclizumab (viii) Muromonab-CB3” (g) against serial number 64, in column (1), in column (3) after the existing entry, the following new entries shall be added, namely:- “ Epoetinbeta Erythopotin alpha” ; (h) against serial number 68 in column (1), in column (3); (i) after the entry “Isosorbid Injection”, the brackets and words “ (Mono/dinitrate) ” shall be added; and (ii) after the entry “Nitroglycerine spray” the following new entries shall be added namely:- “Sodium Amidotrizoate Meglumine Amidotrizoate (Urograffin) Lopromide (Ultravist) Reteplase (Thrombolytic treatment of suspected myocardial infarction)” ;and
