Amendment in SRO.255(I)/2007 dated 17.03.2007

Government of Pakistan Revenue Division Central Board of Revenue **** Islamabad, the 28th April, 2007. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 360 (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that in its Notification No.S.R.O. 255(I)/2007, dated the 17th March, 2007, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (a) for the words, comma and figure “Import Trade and Procedure Order, 2000”, wherever occurring, the words and comma “Import Policy Order, for the time being in force” shall be substituted; and (b) in the Table, against S.No.2, in column (1), in column (2), in entry (f), for the words, brackets and letters “sub-clause (ii) of clause (a),”, the words, brackets and letter “clause (b) of the preamble of this notification” shall be substituted. ____________________________________________________________________ [C.
