S.R.O. (I)/2004-: In exercise of powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act 1969(IV of 1969) , the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 456(I)/2004 dated the 12th June, 2004, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table:-
(a) against S.No.10, in column (1), in column (4), for the figure “7213.2000” and “7213.3090” the figures and word “7213.9100 and 7213.9900” shall be substituted; and
(b) against S.No. 71, in column (1), in column (4), for the figure “7213.2000” the figures and word “7213.9100 and 7213.9900” shall be substituted.
