S.R.O.25(I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Finance Act,1991 (XII of 1991), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in this Ministry’s Notification No.S.R.O.822(I)/91, dated the 20th August,1991, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after serial number 8, and the entry relating thereto, the following new serial number and the entries relating to shall be added, namely:-
“9. Re-export of imported goods.”.
