Amendment in Notification No. S.R.O 967(I)/2007, dated 20.09.2007.

Government of Pakistan (Revenue Division) Federal Board of Revenue **** Islamabad, the 6th March, 2012. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 241 (I)/2012.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 967(I)/2007, dated the 20th September, 2007, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Schedule, in column (1),- (i) against serial number 13, in column (3), for the existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “All matters in the Districts of Jhelum, Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Attock (Punjab) and the Islamabad Capital Territory, including the following, namely: (i) The customs-airport, Islamabad; (ii) The customs-port Chaklala, Rawalpindi; (iii) General Post Office, Rawalpini; (iv) General Post Office, Islamabad; (v) Duty Free Shops, Islamabad; and (vi) Islamabad Dryport, Margalla Railway station, Islamabad.”; and (ii) after serial number 17 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “18 Collector, Model All matters in the Districts of Gilgit, Sakrdu, Customs Ghanche, Astore, Diamir, Hunza-Nagar and Collectorate, Ghizer (Gilgit-Baltistan), including the Gilgit-Baltistan. following, namely: (i) The Gilgit customs-station; (ii) the Sust and Dih customs-station; and (iii) Silk Rout Dry Port, Sost.”. 2.
