S.R.O. (I)/2025.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 0.
clauses (a) and (b) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) read with sub-section
(1) of section 78 ibicL the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following
amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.585(l)/2019, dated the 23'li May. 2019.
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, the expression “through M/s Qasim International
Containers Terminal. Port Qasim Karachi" shall be omitted.
