Amendment in S.R.O 1637(I)/2024 dated 18-10-2024

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE ***** Islamabad, the 18th November. 2025 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 2 HI (I)/2025.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) read with sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act. 1990. the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.0.1637(1)72024, dated 18,h October. 2024. namely: - In the aforesaid notification, in the Table-II. against serial No. 5. in column (3). after clause (i). the following new sub-clause shall be inserted, namcly:- “(i-a) information-based checking of Customs cleared cargo anywhere including blocking within airport or dry-port areas;’'.
