Declaration of new Gwadar International Airport, as airport/port and their limits under section 9 & 10 of the Customs Act, 1969

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DIVISION) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE ***** Islamabad, the 23rd December, 2024. NOTIFICATION S.R.0.207*(1)/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to approve proper places, in the New Gwadar International Airport, measuring 34,051 kanals and 17 marlas with location at 28 Kms North East of Gwadar City, as per the Master Plan of New Gwadar International Airport provided by the Pakistan Airport Aviation Authority, specified in column (2) of the Table below with measurement specified in column (3) thereof for loading and unloading of only such goods or classes of goods as specified in column (4) of the said Table for the purposes of the said Act, and to specify the following to be the limits thereof, namely:- S.No. Places Measuring Class of goods (4) (1) (2) (3) 1.
