NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. (1)/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sections 9 and 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of
Revenue is pleased to declare the Off-dock Terminal, Mls. International Cargo
Terminals Pakistan (Pvt), Ltd., having land measuring ten acres situated at plot
No.PQZ/SP-06 in South Western Industrial Zone, Port Qasim Authority, Karachi,
to be a Customs-port for the purposes of clearance of goods or any class of goods
imported or to be exported through Port Qasim and Karachi Port and to specify the
following to be the limits of the aforesaid Off-dock Terminal, namely:-
on north, by Speedy Track Private Warehouse;
on south, by Open Space of Port Qasim Authority;
on east, by 1C3; and
on west, by PQA, Storage Area and Road.
