(Customs)
S.R.O. 15 (I)/2010 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June,
2006; namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-II, after serial number 8 in column (1) and
the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new serial numbers and
the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
“8A 52.05 Cotton yarn (Other than sewing thread), 0% Nil
containing 85% or more by weight of
cotton, not put up for retail sale.
8B 52.06 Cotton yarn (Other than sewing thread), 0% Nil”.

cotton, not put up for retail sale.
