NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 1250(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 98 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to- (a) extend up to the 31st December, 2008, the period for which warehoused goods may remain in the warehouse; and (b) remit penal surcharge in the case of goods which are removed from the warehouse within the period from the 6th December, 2008 to the 31st December, 2008. 2.
