NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.1097(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-I, after Serial number 3 and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (2),(3),(4) and (5), the following new Serial number and the entries relating thereto in column (2),(3),(4) and (5) shall be inserted, namely:- “3A. 2713.2000 Bitumen 5% Nil.”. 2714.1000 2714.9000 2715.0000 [File No.3(9)Tar.I/91 -84/2007] (MUSARRAT JABEEN) ADDITIONAL SECRETARY
