GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS & REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) ***** Islamabad, the 1st November, 2006 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 1089(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the regulatory duty shall be levied on import of goods specified in column (3) of the table below, falling under the H.S.
