NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.1074(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the regulatory duty shall be levied with effect from the 14th October, 2006, on import of goods specified in column (3) of Table below and falling under the H.S. Code of the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), specified in column (2) thereof, at the rates specified in column (4) of that Table.
