S.R.O. (I)/99. -In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-
section (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is
pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification
No.S.R.O.207 (I)/98, dated the 31st March, 1998, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, for the words “and May” the comma and words
“,May and June” shall be substituted.
