(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. (I)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause
(a) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased
to direct that the provisions of S. No. 50 of Third Schedule to the Sales Tax Act, 1990 shall not be
applicable for the period commencing on the 1st day . of July, 2021 and ending on the 30th day of
November, 2021.
