S.R.O. 98 (1)12021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-sections
(1) and (4) of section 8B of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to
direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.
1190(1)/2019, dated the rd October, 2019, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
in Table-1, in column (1), after S. No. 12 and entry relating thereto in column (2),
the following new S.No.13 and entry relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
"13. Sales tax registered manufacturing companies of cold rolled, GI or coated
coils / sheets which are listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange."; and
in Table-2, in column (1), against S. No. 3, in column (2), for the expression
"December 2020", the expression "June, 2021" shall be substituted.
2. This Notification shall be applicable from the 1st day of January, 2021.
