Supersession of 1282(I)/97, 19th December, 1997, Fix Minimum Value of Supplies as are Specified

NOTIFICATION ( SALES TAX ) S.R.O. 940 (I) / 98.- In exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to the clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and in super session of its Notification No. S.R.O. 1282 (I) / 97, dated the 19th December, 1997, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to fix the minimum value of supplies as are specified in column (3) of the table below, in respect of goods specified in column (2) of the said table obtained from ship- breaking:- TABLE Serial Description of goods. The above values are minimum values and if the value at which the supply is made is higher than the value fixed under this notification, the value of goods shall be the value at which the supply is made. 3.
