(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 759(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 548(I)/2006, the dated 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after S. No. 12 in the first column and the entries relating thereto in the second and third columns, the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“13. | Milk and cream, concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter. | 0402.1000 0402.2100 0402.2900 0402.9100 and 0402.9900
14. | Processed cheese not grated or powdered. | 0406.3000
15. | Preparations for infant use, put up for retail sale. | 1901.1000”.
