S.R.O. 720(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 551(I)/2008, dated the 11th June, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, after serial number 19 in column (1), the
following new serial numbers and entries relating thereto in columns (1), (2) and
(3) shall be added, namely:-
“20. Platinum 7110.1100 and 7110.1900
21. Palladium 7110.2100 and 7110.2900
22. Diamonds 7102.2100, 7102.2900 and
7102.3900
23. Precious stones 7103.9100 and 7103.9900”.
