Amendment in S.R.O 2301(I)/2022 dated 22.12.2022

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN (REVENUE DTVTSTON) FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE ****** NOTIFICATION Islamabad the 22"d April, 2024. S.R.O. DO24- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 6l q 1969 (IV of 1969) and sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 23\l(l)12022, datedthe22nd day of December, 2022, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Schedule, in column (1), - (a) against Serial No. 08, in column (3), in clause (i), for the expression "BOML and Bahria Transshipment Hub of Pakistan Limited", the expression " BOML, Bahria Transshipment Hub of Pakistan Limited and Sky Media (Pvt.) Ltd" shall be substituted; (b) against Serial No. 09, in column (3), in clause (i), for the expression "Timber Pond and Northern Bypass Logistics Terminal", the expression "Timber Pond, Northern Bypass Logistics Terminal and Seaboard Logistics (SMC-Prt) Limited, Karachi" shall be substituted; (c) against Serial No. 22, in column (3), in clause (i), for the expression "Civil Divisions of Bahawalpur, Multan and Sahiwal excluding Okara district", the expression "Civil Divisions of Bahawalpur, Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan" shall be substituted; (d) against Serial No. 22, in column (3), after clause (xi), the following new clauses shall be added, namely:- "(xii) Export Terminal, Muzaffargarh; and (xiii) Dera Ghazi Khan Airport."; (e) against Serial No. 23, in column (3), in clause (i), for the expression "Divisions of Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad and Sargodha", the expression "Divisions of Faisalabad, Sargodha and Sahiwal excluding Okara district" shall be substituted; (0 against Serial No. 23, in column (3), clauses (v) and (vi) shall be omitted; and (g) against Serial No. 28A, in column (3), in clause (i), for the expression "Licensing of Bonded Warehouse i.e. Private/Manufacturing Public/duty Free Shops/Diplomatic bonded warehouses", the expression "Licensing of all type of Customs Clearing Agents/ Bonded Warehouse i.e. Private/Manufacturing/Public/duty Free Shops/Diplomatic bonded warehouses" shall be substituted.
