(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 590(I)/2012.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A of the
Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1020(I)/2006, dated the 2nd
October, 2006, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), S.No. 1. and entries
relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
2. This Notification shall take effect on and from the 2nd day of June, 2012.
