S.R.O. 587(I)/2022 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8)
of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue, in
supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 39(I)/2022, dated the 8th day of January,
2022, is pleased to notify that the value of supply to the CNG consumers for the
purpose of charging of sales tax from CNG stations by the gas transmission and
distribution companies shall be a under, namely
