SALES TAX
S.R.O. 572(I)/2014.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-
section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and in supersession of its
Notification No. S.R.O. 79(I)/2012, dated the 2nd February, 2012, the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that sales tax shall be charged on the import or
supply of agricultural tractors falling under PCT Heading 8701.9020 at the rate of ten
per cent.
