(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 554(I)/2006.---In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of
the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with the first proviso to sub-section (1) and sub-
section (2) of section 10, thereof, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to
rescind its Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2002, dated the 31st August, 2002, with
effect from 1st July, 2006.
