S.R.O. 537(I)/2005. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to notify that with effect from the 1st July, 2005, the import and supply of soyabean meal falling under PCT heading No. 2304.0000 of the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), shall be charged to sales tax at the rate of zero per cent.
