DIS-ALLOWING GRANT OF REFUNDS OF SALES TAX PAID ON CIGARETTES EXPORTED OUT OF PAKISTAN
36Notification No. S.R.O. 528(I)/88, dated 26th June, 1988.--In exercise of the power conferred by section 27g of the Sales Tax Act, 1951 (III of 1951), the Central Board of Revenue, with the prior approval of the Federal Government, is pleased to disallow grant of refund of sales tax paid on cigarettes exported out of Pakistan.
