section (2) ofsection l3 ofthe Sales Tax Act. 1990. and in pursuance ofthe decision ofthe
Federal Cabinet in Case No. g5lRule-1912026140 dated the 4th February, 2026, the Federal
Govemment is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its
Notification. No. S.R.O. l2l7(l)12025 dated the 8e July. 2025. namely:-
"ln the aforesaid Notification, in condition (iii), for the expression "30rh day of
November. 2025". the expression "28th day of February. 2026" shall be substituted.
