(SALES TAX AND FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 503(I)/2013.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the
Sales Tax Act, 1990 and sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Federal Excise Act,
2005, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further
amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 993(I)/2006, dated the 21st
September, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against serial number 1 in column
(1), clause (iv) in column (3) shall be omitted.
