S.R.O. 4(I)/2009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the second
proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board
of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be
made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 564(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:

In the aforesaid Notification, for the words “twenty-four rupees and fifty
seven paisa”, the words “twenty-eight rupees and eighty eight paisas” shall be
substituted.
