S.R.O. 363(I)/2005.-- In exercise of powers conferred by clause ( c ) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 500(I)/2004, dated the 12th June, 2004, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after S.No. 9 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial numbers relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“10. Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) 2905.3100 -Nil-”.
