Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in the Sales Tax Rules, 2006, namely:- ln the aloresaid Rules, - (l) in rule l50ZQR.- (a)afterthewords'.videosurveillance''thewords..anddigitaleye',shall be inserted; and proviso the following shall be substituted, namely: - (b) for the "Provided that for any or all of the goods specified above shall be monitored through video surveillance, video analltics and digital eye from the date as notified by the Board through a specific order.": (2) in rule 150 ZQS, - the word "rules". at the end, the expression (a) in clause (a), after "excluding procurement for digital eye" shall be inserted; after the word -goods'' at the end' the expression (b) in clause (b), "excluding procurement for digital eye" shall be inserted; after the word "rules", at the end' the expression (c) in clause (c). "except digital eye" shall be inserted; the word ''rules", at the end' the expression (d) in clause (d), after "except digital eye" shall be inserted; and (f), after the word "surveillance"' the words "and digital (e) in the clause eye" shall be inserted.; (3) in rule 150 ZQT, - after the expression "intelligent video (a) in the sub-rule (l), surveillance." the words "or digital eye" shall be inserted: and after the expression "intelligent video surveillance" (b) in sub-rule (2), the words "or digital eye" shall be inserted' (1) in rule 150 ZQU, - after the word "vendor". at the end, the expression (a) in sub-rule (l), "excluding digital eye" shall be insertedl and word "Board". at the end' the words (b) in sub-rule (2)' after the "excluding digital eye" shall be inserted;
