(SALES TAX)
S.R.O.208(I)/98.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-
section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is
pleased to exempt such amount of sales tax on sugar as is in excess of the
excess leviable at the assessable value notified by the Central Board of Revenue
under its Notification S.R.O.No.207(I)/98, dated the 31st March, 1998.
